“Improving the maintenance function is difficult – it is not like some things which you do for three months and that’s the project done, and you move on to the next one. Maintenance is a commitment over a number of years and improvements should not be seen as a “nice thing to do”. They should be based on sound commercial reasons.”

Engineering Maintenance is about Continual Improvement

Mainguard Technologies is committed to an ongoing program of excellence with the client to ensure that the implemented system does not stagnate or sit still. We will work with the client in a unique partnership agreement to move the client down the road towards the goal of World Class Maintenance.

Mainguard Technologies will formally customize and set up a Service level Agreement (SLA) as the mechanism to drive and control the program of Continual Improvement.
